About Me

I have a bachelor's degree in applied Geology and a certificate in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) from Metropolitan State University of Denver. In 2015 I began my education in Geology at Salem State University where I conducted a dredging project of the Salem Harbor by performing and analyzing sonar data and forming isopach maps from data retrieved from the field. In 2017 I moved to Colorado to attend Colorado Mesa University where I did a geomorphological research project of ground water sapping and how it relates to evidence that water was once on Mars. After falling in love with what Colorado has to offer, I decided to stay and finish my degree in Geology at Metropolitain State University of Denver where I found my passion for map design and GIS. I have exceptional skills with ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro, Spatial Modeling and different interpolation techniques, Remote Sensing, as well as experience with sonar and lidar data, XRF and XRD analysis, polarized light microscopy, thin section construction, and lithologic description and identification.
